JW Mart will be the controller of your personal data provided to or collected by or for or processed in connection with the usage of our app and grocery delivery services. As a User of our Services the collection use and sharing of your personal data are subject to this Privacy Policy and updates.

Changes

JW Mart ("we" or "us") may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify you through our app or other means giving you the chance to review the updates before they take effect. If you disagree with any changes you may close your account. By continuing to use our services after we announce or notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy you agree that the collection and use of your personal data for the grocery delivery process is subject to the updated Privacy Policy.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Data You Provide to Us - Registration

To create an account and use JW Mart you need to provide the following data:

• Name
• Primary email
• Delivery address
• Phone number

You have choices about which information you would like to provide on your profile. All profile data except the unique identifier of the account can be changed at any point in time via Edit Profile.

1.2 Service Use

We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our app such as when you view or click on content, browse an order or track a delivery. We use log-ins cookies device information and internet protocol ("IP") addresses to identify you and log your use. This helps us understand how you use JW Mart and improve your experience.

1.3 Cookies

As further described in our Cookie Policy we use cookies to recognize you and/or your device(s) on off and across our app and devices. We also allow some others to use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies through your device settings and other tools. You can also opt out of our use of cookies and similar technologies that track your behavior on the sites of others for third-party advertising.

1.4 Your Device and Location

When you use our app we receive information about the URL of the site you came from and the one you visit next. We also collect data on your IP address proxy server operating system web browser and add-ons device identifier and features and/or ISP or mobile carrier. If you access our app from a mobile device we may receive data about your location based on your phone settings. We will ask for your consent before using GPS or other tools to determine your precise location.

1.5 Other

Our app is dynamic and we often introduce new features which may require the collection of new information. If we collect materially different personal data or materially change how we use your data we will notify you and may also modify this Privacy Policy. We collect store and use "Log Data" which is technical information that is automatically collected by us when you use our services whether through the use of cookies or otherwise including:

1. Technical information such as your mobile carrier configuration information made available by your web browser or other programs you use to access our services your IP address and your device's version and identification number.
2. Information about what you have searched for and looked at while using our services.
3. Information about which apps and software you use to place orders track deliveries or interact with our service including how you use them.
4. Information about your communications using our services such as interactions with customer support the time date and details of any order-related queries or feedback.
5. Metadata which means information related to items you have made available through our services such as the date time or location that an order was placed or delivered.

2. How We Use Your Data

2.1 Services

We use the data that we have about you to provide personalize and improve our grocery delivery services. This includes processing your orders showing you relevant product options and ensuring timely deliveries.

2.2 Communications

We will contact you through email SMS or push notifications for activities such as order confirmations delivery updates or promotions.

2.3 Advertising

We serve you tailored ads on our app. We offer you choices regarding personalized ads but you cannot opt out of seeing other ads. We target (and measure the performance of) ads to users directly or through a variety of partners using the following data whether separately or combined:

• Data from advertising technologies on and off our Services like web beacons pixels ad tags cookies and device identifiers.
• User-provided information (e.g. delivery address contact details order preferences).
• Data from your use of our Services (e.g. search history orders placed restaurants visited).
• Information from advertising partners and publishers.

2.4 Info to Ad Providers

We do not share your personal data with any third-party advertisers or ad networks for their advertising except for: (i) hashed or device identifiers (to the extent they are personal data in some countries); (ii) with your separate permission; or (iii) data already visible to any users of the app (e.g. basic account information). However if you view or click on an ad within or outside our app the ad provider will receive a signal that someone visited the page displaying the ad. They may use cookies or other mechanisms to determine that it was you. Advertising partners can associate personal data collected directly from you with our cookies and similar technologies. In such cases we seek to contractually require these advertising partners to obtain your explicit opt-in consent before doing so.

2.5 Aggregate Insights

We use your data to produce and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. For example we may use your data to generate statistics about our users their product preferences calculate ad impressions served or clicked on or gain customer demographics that help improve the user experience.

2.6 Security and Investigations

We use your data (including your communications) if we think it's necessary for security purposes or to investigate possible fraud or other violations of our User Agreement or this Privacy Policy and/or attempts to harm our users.

3. How We Share Information

3.1 Our Services

Any data that you include on your profile and any content you post or social actions (e.g. likes follows comments shares) you take on our Services will be seen by others within the app. We will notify you through our app or other means about any significant changes to the way we collect use or share your data.

3.2 Service Providers

We use others to help us provide our Services (e.g. maintenance analysis audits payments fraud detection marketing and development). They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

Location Sharing Policy

1. Collection of Location Data:

We collect location data from both customers and delivery drivers to facilitate the delivery process.

• Customers' location is collected when placing an order to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Drivers' location is collected during the delivery process to assign the best delivery routes and monitor delivery status.

2. Use of Location Data:

• For Customers: Your location is used solely to deliver your order to the correct address. We may share your location with the assigned delivery driver to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• For Drivers: Your location will be used to optimize delivery routes and assist with order assignment. We also use location data to provide real-time updates to customers regarding their order status.

3. Third-Party Services:

We use third-party services, such as mapping and routing providers (e.g., Google Maps), to optimize delivery routes. These services may collect and process your location data on our behalf. We ensure that these third parties comply with data protection regulations to protect your privacy.

4. Storage of Location Data:

We do not store customer or driver location data beyond what is necessary for completing an active delivery. Once the delivery is completed, location data is not retained or stored on our servers.

We are committed to safeguarding your location information and use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect data during transmission and while temporarily stored.

6. Consent and Control:

You can manage and control the sharing of your location data via your device's settings. Please note that disabling location sharing may impact our ability to provide accurate delivery services.

Location data will not be shared with any third parties except for those directly involved in the delivery process or as required by law.
